Swytch GO+

The service I received from Cycle Healthy was awesome! easy to order then Paul called me and chatted with me for almost 15 minutes to make sure everything was right for the bike I was converting. Also, the kit itself was super simple and it does what it says it was going to do, thanks, looking at one for my own Electra soon

Service from start to finish was excellent. Easy and clear ordering procedure, excellent follow up once ordered and regular communication as to what to expect delivery wise, clear and concise assembly instructions. Wish more companies had their ethos and follow through.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Paul Bolte of ecoMVMNT. Even though I purchased my Swytch product directly from the manufacturer in the UK and not from this company, the owner went above and beyond to help me every step of the way. While the customer service on the Swytch website was sorely lacking, he more than made up for it. I was so thrilled to find a Canadian company who sold this product and could help!

From answering my questions, contacting Swytch directly on my behalf, to guiding me through the entire process, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everything worked out. He had absolutely no obligation to help me, yet he consistently gave his time and expertise without expecting anything in return.

In a world where exceptional customer service can be hard to find, his kindness, integrity, and generosity truly stood out. He is an incredible human being who genuinely cares about helping people. Also….I love my Swytch…it’s still my bike, but with a little extra help if I need it!

I studied up for the best kit to add to my senior mother's favourite bike. She just needs a boost here and there, and security if her legs get wobbly.
I anticipated having to use some fabricating skills to get it running (some others have troubles with certain bikes) but not with the Roll. The only mod was taking off the clip for the PA sensor.
I took it for a test ride, played with the programming on the LED display, and have confidence that my mom will safely operate this unit for her specific needs. She does not want to go fast or accelerate quickly - although with wheel and power settings, this can be peppy (clocked 31km/hr into a mean north wind on the flat) for a 250W motor.

Communication with the company is choice...product shipped from Canada, way faster than expected considering my super remote location.

(I am not a bike savvy mechanic, tho a capable tinkerer, my concern was the tire size fitting the motor rim, from Nimbus tire on a 30mm to a 24mm on the 27.5 - it wasn't a problem)

This lightweight motor pedal assist (or throttle only) unit is perfect to maintain a safe and easy to secure bicycle for my mother to continue enjoying exercise and exploration of her area.
